Senior UXO Supervisor (SUXOS)

Minimum qualifications (commonly required): Graduate of a recognized UXO Technician I training meeting DDESB TP-18 standards. Approximately 10+ years of UXO/MEC field experience with approximately 5+ years in supervisory roles (SUXOS/UXO Supervisor) on similar projects. Current HAZWOPER 40-hour and annual 8-hour refresher; OSHA 10/30; current CPR/First Aid. Valid driver's license; able to pass background checks and medical/fit-for-duty evaluations. Familiarity with SSHPs/AHAs, demolition planning, and regulatory coordination.

Core duties: Overall site leadership for safety, quality, and technical execution. Develop/review SSHPs, AHAs, and work plans; lead daily safety briefs. Plan and oversee anomaly investigation, MEC identification, and demolition/disposal coordination. Manage reporting, logs, as-builts, and client communication; coordinate with authorities as required. Mentor supervisors/techs; manage schedule, risk, and change.

UXO Technician III

Minimum qualifications: UXO Tech I training (DDESB TP-18 compliant); 5–8+ years of progressive field experience. HAZWOPER 40-hour (+refresher), OSHA 10/30, CPR/First Aid. Proficiency with magnetometer/GPR-assisted operations and documentation.

Core duties: Lead small teams, conduct anomaly investigation, identify MEC items. Support demolition prep and post-action verification. Maintain logs, equipment checks, and data integrity.

UXO Technician II

Minimum qualifications: UXO Tech I training; 2–5+ years of field experience post-graduation. HAZWOPER 40-hour (+refresher), OSHA 10, CPR/First Aid.

Core duties: Perform search, detection, and excavation support under supervision. Assist with identification, securing, and documentation of MEC. Maintain tools, PPE, and assist with data collection.

UXO Technician I

Minimum qualifications: Graduate of a recognized UXO Tech I course meeting DDESB TP-18. HAZWOPER 40-hour; CPR/First Aid (OSHA 10 preferred).

Core duties: Support searches, marking, and basic anomaly excavation tasks. Maintain site controls, housekeeping, and documentation support. Learn and adhere to SSHP/AHAs and all safety directives.

Commercial Diver (ADCI) – UXO Support

Minimum qualifications: Current ADCI Commercial Diver certification; dive medical clearance. HAZWOPER 40-hour; CPR/First Aid; OSHA-compliant dive practices. Experience supporting search, recovery, and in-water construction operations (UXO exposure preferred).

Core duties: Execute diver-led searches, recoveries, and in-water support under a dive plan. Maintain dive logs, equipment checks, and standby readiness. Coordinate with UXO leadership on hazard controls and sequencing.

Project Manager

Minimum qualifications: 7–10+ years managing construction/UXO/environmental projects. Strong planning, cost/schedule control, and client communication skills. HAZWOPER 40-hour; PMP preferred.

Core duties: Plan resources, budgets, and schedules; ensure safety and quality. Manage subcontractors, logistics, procurement, and reporting. Lead client meetings, invoicing, risk/change management.

Program Manager

Minimum qualifications: 10–15+ years leading multi-project UXO/construction/environmental programs. Proven P&L responsibility; capture and proposals experience preferred. HAZWOPER 40-hour; PMP or PgMP preferred.

Core duties: Oversee portfolios, staffing, and standards; drive quality and financial performance. Lead strategic planning, teaming, and key client relationships. Ensure compliance, training, and continuous improvement across projects.
